MAKES APPROX 12 PANCAKES
YOU WILL NEED: 1 3/4 C WATER, 2 EGGS* (SEPARATED), 1/4 C OIL, 1/2 TSP VANILLA EXTRACT. *1 EGG FOR WAFFLES
DIRECTIONS: 1. HEAT SKILLET OR WAFFLE IRON USING MED-HIGH HEAT- COAT LIGHTLY WITH OIL. 2. IN A BOWL, COMBINE WATER, EGG YOLKS, OIL, AND VANILLA – MIX WELL. 3. ADD MIX- MIXING ONLY UNTIL MOSTLY COMBINED. 4. BEAT EGG WHITES AND GENTLY FOLD INTO BATTER. 5. POUR 1/4 CUP OF BATTER FOR PANCAKES OR 1/2-3/4 CUP FOR WAFFLES.
